Mr. Oeurn Bora was born in Ta Meang village, Koh Roka commune, Kampong Siem district, Kampong Cham province. He currently undertakes a position of program manager for managing Happy Cambodian Children (HCC) project which is being implemented in five target provinces throughout Cambodia. He has led HCC to be bigger prosperously and expanded more schools especially the rural schools.
