Mr. Kul Vandy is currently the Education Project Manager of FOSTER project based in Siem Reap Province. He is talented in the education sector. He has many experiences related to education. He is working with 2 consortium partners to manage a project funded by EU-Cambodia and Educated A Child (EAC) that provides the best opportunity to children to make sure they can access to school, increase learning outcome, increase transition rate through working with MoEYS, PoE, DoE, Government, local authority and consortium partners to provide transportation support, in-kind support, capacity building to the teacher, education actors, school grant, and many interventions.
