New Generation School (NGS), Preah Sisovath high school, held a forum program to present about Extensive Reading and rewarding Certificates of Accomplishment to winners who successfully read over one hundred fifty thousand words with the X-Reading program from July 6^th, 2018 to January 6^th, 2019. This forum motivated approximately 100 students from four NGS-based high schools such as Hun Sen Kampong Cham, Prek Onhchanh, Prek Leap and Preah Sisovath. They learned new ways to strengthen both Khmer and English by using modern technology to scale and monitor their capacity development.
