The Happy Cambodian Children (HCC) project led 12 target schools in Ratanakkiri province to visit Svay Chrum Primary School in Svay Rieng province with 56 participants (22 females), including the Director of Inspection Office of the Department of Education, Youth, and Sport, School Director, Deputy of School Director, Librarians, Teacher, Contract Teacher, School Management Committees and Project Staff on March 28, 2024.

The visit will allow participants to learn and absorb knowledge and good experiences from another school to develop their schools.

The school director and teachers' presentations of Svay Chrum Primary School encouraged and inspired participants to take risks and do new things to improve leadership, teaching, and learning.

The participants delighted with this visit because they got a lot of knowledge and experience, including management and leadership, teaching and learning, library study, follow-up on students' class attendance, admission hospitality, children's council process, discipline, order, hygiene, life skills, teachers' office, library, classrooms, school environment, waste management, food sales, and fundraising for school development.

As a result, the participants will pay more attention to leadership and management, strengthen their capacity and role, support and responsibility for children's councils, and contribute to reducing plastic use.
